“Stumbled into this place by chance when the little one was hangry on our road trip. Food is top notch, everyone loved it; I wish I could give it more stars. Portions were plentiful, and prices were very reasonable. But honestly, the customer service was what made this place. Put this place on your must stop list. They went above and beyond for our little one. Coloring books, changing the television to a kid's show, and making her feel incredibly welcome.“

“Cody, the General Manager, is awesome. He has a great smile and a warm welcome which is greatly appreciated after a long shift. I think he deserves a raise, he is working his butt off at this location. He even got our no sauce order correct the first time! A low bar I know, but Cody made sure it happened and I appreciate him.

“No one ever picks up the phone when you try to call ahead and there's also two different numbers. It's really frustrating when I need to call in an order and I can't reach anyone. It's a shame because the food is good.“

“This location was amazing! The customer service was outstanding. When a minor order mistake was made multiple personally apologized to me and remade the food item in under 5 minutes. I was treated with the utmost respect and patience, during a lunch rush too! Even when busy the staff took time to correct a mistake, and didn't make me feel lime a burden for asking. “We have stopped here many times while traveling. The food is always good, though our fries were super salty this last time. Atomosphere can be busy around lunch especially, but the staff is always curteous and helpful. The inside is fairly clean and nice. Parking lot gets very busy so go slow!“

“I cannot believe I just had some of the best Mexican food I've had in the last 8 years—in Ellensburg, Washington.

I grew up in California with my Mexican friends and family, and I’ve spent a lot of time in Mexico, so when I say this tasted like home, I mean it. I ordered the Baja-style fish tacos, and they were freaking amazing. The fish was fresh, the toppings were fresh, everything was bright and flavorful, and the whole thing reminded me of being down in Baja. For a few minutes, I swear I felt like I was back in Rosarito.

And for anyone who doesn't know the difference, this is what I would call California/Baja Mexican food rather than the heavier Mexican-American food you sometimes find elsewhere. Baja cuisine has that coastal influence—fresh seafood, lighter flavors, lime, cilantro, fresh salsa, cabbage, guacamole—and it has a huge connection to Southern California.

The ingredients here were so fresh. The fish tacos had exactly the kind of fresh, bright combination I was hoping for, and they didn't taste like some generic fast-food version of Mexican food. They tasted like the kind of California Mexican food I’ve genuinely missed since leaving California.

And the guacamole was actually fresh. I would personally add a little more onion, tomato, lime, and cilantro to it because that's how I like my guac, but the fact that it was fresh and tasted like actual avocado instead of some processed green paste made me very happy.

I honestly walked in not expecting much and walked out thinking, “How the hell is this little town in Washington serving Mexican food this good?”

I'm guessing this restaurant is a chain based on the setup, but I don't care. If this is what this location is putting out, they are doing something right. Nailed it.

After 8 years away from California, this was the closest--and the best by a landslide--I've come to that fresh Baja/SoCal Mexican flavor that I’ve been missing.

Seriously—if you're driving through Ellensburg on I-90 and you like Baja-style Mexican food, stop here. The fish tacos are the move.“

“If the outside curb appeal is supreme, the odds of what's inside usually carries that pristine care trend resulting in a satisfying experience in cleanliness that transcends into the quality of service and food.
This level of detail is what's missing in many places around this country in my personal opinion.

I realize this is a newer location but thank you Arby's and your management/staff for having such pride in maintaining a superior quality of your property at this particular location.

“I ordered almost $67 worth of food (a big dinner box,another box with 2 pizzas,garlic Knotts & a cookie) on Sunday, August 30.We live in Easton (so not in town),and because I was really hungry & didn't want to drive back to Ellensburg,we ate anyways.One of the pizzas was supposed to have extra cheese & didn't.The specialty pizza hardly had any freaking toppings at all,might as well been a cheese pizza..like,my 5 year old nephew could've made a better pizza,seriously!They were supposed to have the garlic butter crust & I didn't taste it at all.The garlic cheese Knotts seemed to hardly have any cheese in them.Not to be a total dick,but this is why a lot of people choose to go to other pizza places..that's a lot of money for what we got!I don't think we'll be getting pizza hut again,which is sad because it used to be so good!Perfect example of why I could never bring myself to work at a fast food type place..I'd not be able to handle it!“
