Edited my review and changed it to 3 stars. The food there is good and inexpensive, especially in a place like Ellensburg where you wouldn't expect good quality Vietnamese food. However, the staff can be a bit standoffish sometimes, acting a bit like you are wasting their time. Moreover, the place doesn't always appear to stick to its business hours: my boyfriend and I went there hoping to get Pho for dinner, but it was closed. Great little hole in the wall restaurant to get awesome Pho! The broth has an amazing flavor, the noodles are perfect and the meat was tender and not chewy like other Pho I've had before.

Best pho in town!!!! They give you large portions & unbelievably low prices! You get beyond what you pay for & everyone is extremely friendly! We are so lucky to have a pho establishment in town. Parking isn't the greatest but it is so worth it!
