I’m a regular Sbux customer and 90% I have hot latte but only 80% of the time I got my latte right. This branch is one of the best branches I ever experienced. The staff is so willing to give the service and full of energy! My hot latte was best of all time!! Thank you :) (( just stop on the way to the Tri-cities))
Earlier afternoon on a Friday and the line for the drive thru was starting to reach the street. The line moved so slow it clogged up the parking lot preventing access to other businesses. Normally Starbucks moves much quicker. I don't know what the problem was that day but I wasn't pleased with the long wait. Drinks were as ordered. That's one thing about Starbucks, they train their staff to make their drinks consistent among all their stores.

A real shame that the chain decided to eliminate all seating inside. Starbucks used to have a flare, a charm and it's gone these days with these modernized changes.It's all about efficiency anymore, clients in and out. Nothing else but strictly business.
