On a road trip and I was really needing Starbucks but I got in at 8:01 pm(right after closing). The team didn’t hesitate to help me out even when they definitely didn’t have to. I’m so grateful for the service they provided
Workers seemed very stressed out. I was the only person in the store and ordered one thing. It felt like the workers wanted me to leave and that I was inconveniencing them. They seemed like lovely people, so I am just wondering if there is a lot of pressure from the management of this store.
If you’re looking for customer service this is not the place. Baristas did not care to talk to us and simply stared while we ordered.
