Really great bar, amaros, whiskies very smart. We had small plates that were inventive yet delicious. Super friendly staff.
Five stars for The Ridge Restaurant & Bar! The shrimp Florentine over penne pasta was rich, creamy, and full of flavor, with a generous serving of perfectly cooked shrimp. The garlic bread made it even better. Absolutely delicious!
Spotted this place while looking for a dinner place and so glad we stopped. My wife got the salmon and I had the stuffed shrimp. Taste, texture, and presentation were among the best of the many places I have eaten. With a very diverse whiskey selection. This is a must stop next time through town.

The Ridge Restaurant & Bar is a nice surprise in Ellensburg. The menu offered a variety of options from burgers to pistachio crusted salmon. Guests enjoyed the poblano chicken with beans and pico de gallo, fresh and flavorful, and the steak burger that was called the best in a long time. Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere is upscale and clean. The decor is talkative and the staff reserved a fairly private area for a small meeting. Food and service are fantastic, with exceptional flavor and amazing dishes. The hosts were happy to anticipate every request and go above and beyond. Guests love the varieties of specials, apps, entrees, desserts and unique twists. Clean plates are always that the food is amazing. Many say they will definitely be back on a regular basis.
