Five stars for The Ridge Restaurant & Bar! The shrimp Florentine over penne pasta was rich, creamy, and full of flavor, with a generous serving of perfectly cooked shrimp. The garlic bread made it even better. Absolutely delicious!
Spotted this place while looking for a dinner place and so glad we stopped. My wife got the salmon and I had the stuffed shrimp. Taste, texture, and presentation were among the best of the many places I have eaten. With a very diverse whiskey selection. This is a must stop next time through town.
Wow, I didn’t know Ellensburg had a restaurant of this quality! The food was top-notch, and the service and atmosphere were excellent as well. We had such a great experience and will definitely be returning!
