Best stuffed croissant ever. Get there early because people are arriving upon open to get themselves this delectable flaky treat. Absolutely delicious. Not just fronting as a croissant but true flaky lamination. Tired multiple flavors but the pistachio is still my tried and true favorite.
I visited the bakery during my trip to Seattle. I’ve been following the owner’s Instagram videos and was eager to try their baked goods. However, when I arrived around 2 pm, I was disappointed to find that they were out of most of their baked goods. I managed to get a pistachio croissant and a Zataar Manakish. BEST croissants I’ve ever had, I’m a huge Nutella fan and love that flavor especially since it wasn’t too heavy. My kids approved too! Also the young man that helped me place my order was very helpful, respectful, and kindly gave my kids a toy and lollipop for free. It made our visit memorable!
