This was quite an interesting experience, but I enjoyed every minute of it. I look forward to coming back. The juice is fresh and delicious and the smoothies are the best I’ve had. I also found a new book to read. I’m happy I came across this place.

So glad I came. I wanted something healthy, reasonably priced and local and I was very happy. I got a double portion of the salmon stew and it was hot, flavorful and filling. I also got the pickled beet salad which was really good for my blood pressure and I also tried the sauerkraut which I need for my gut brain biome. And I loved finishing the meal with the no flower carrot cake which is carrots with honey and some chopped nuts on top. It was really delicious. All in all I feel...

I don’t fight my son’s battles, but pls be kind to him. He’s an outstanding man. If you got to know him, you would see what his father sees in him. His mother and father are both military retirees… just throwing that out there to let you know that he comes from great stock.
