My mother ordered a cheese Omelette.That should consist of eggs and cheese. She got an omelet filled with tomatoes. My mother is not one to complain.So when I notice all the tomatoes on the side of her plate and her picking through the omelet , I went up and told the waitress , who gave me a bunch of excuses. That made no offer refund. They did offer to make my mother another by them. My mom was halfway through hers with a nice pile of tomatoes on the side.
I have been a client for over 20 years of this location and I am really disappointed in the ownership of the choice of management that has come in and completely changed the feel of this local location. All the familiar friendly staff are gone. The new staff is lost and doesn’t really know what to do while the manager walks around and tosses her key from hand to hand not really doing anything but making herself look important. We go to this place for birthday; have for years.
Last time we had a guy,first he gave my son a gift card and the rest of the children Benny baby's.
I tried to pay for his food. He did one better. He paid for my entire familys food. There was 6 of us at the table.
I am thinking there are alot of great people still left in the world.
The staff is always great and they recognize us every time. I wish I could give more 🌟.
