We had a disappointing experience at the Costco food court yesterday. We ordered two ice cream sundaes and received order number 7. After waiting quite a while, we noticed customers who ordered after us were already getting their food. By the time we asked about our order, they were serving number 20.
There appeared to be one employee handling hot food and another handling cold drinks and sundaes. Unfortunately, the service at the ice cream station was extremely slow. The employee working there seemed either unwell or disengaged, which significantly delayed orders.
We’re surprised because we usually receive great service here, but this visit was definitely below expectations. We hope the team can improve coordination and speed during busy times.

The food is truly immaculate. The fact their hot dogs n shi are so cheap is crazy considering how inflation has been. Their pizza is great and underrated as hell, people sleep on it too much I swear. Eat food here. Trust me.

Called in at 2pm on a Saturday to tell them we'd pick up 2 pizzas at 4pm. We're still here at 5:30pm and still haven't gotten our pizzas. Check the photo for all the angry people standing there. The guy won't even make eye contact with anyone.
Edit: We ended up getting a refund at 5:45pm because the guy kept telling us there was one order ahead of us and gave out like 3 orders after. The supervisor wasn't even apologetic.
Do better, Costco.
