Dumpling World is a great little gem in Everett with very good, well-priced food. The restaurant gets pretty busy and popular, with a sometimes completely full dining area, so timing a visit is recommended. The seating area is a bit small and may not be best for big groups. Customers order through an app or online at their table, which streamlines the process, and there is an easy, automated wait list terminal.
The food comes out super efficiently and quickly, is well prepared, hot, and flavorful, with good portions. Everything is made fresh. Favorites include the dumplings, which are soft, tasty, and have excellent, bouncy and chewy skins. Specific dishes enjoyed are the green beans, chive dumplings, beef dumplings, Xiao long bao, steamed Bao, Pork and scallion dumplings, Pork and scallion bao, tan tan noodles, Beef fried rice, and the Spicy bowl. The chili oil on the table is good. There are also a lot of vegetarian options and drinks like Thai iced tea.
The service is very friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient, seamlessly handling everyone even when busy. Overall, it is a solid spot for fresh dumplings with really good, not too greasy or salty flavors.
