The quality in their fish and the choices on the menu for the special rolls is outstanding. Then when you factor in the price which isn’t as expensive as the other spots, this place is 1a for me, the best Ive seen and that’s saying something. I work all over as a contractor and sushi is what I like to treat myself to when I eat out for lunch. This place is the best!
Excellent sashimi, excellent ramen and broth, excellent (white meat) chicken teriyaki, easy background music, and very nice staff make for a wonderful find. Almost all of my favorite sashimi has been in Seattle, and happy to find good Japanese near where we now live; new family fave.
We got to Fatty Fish weekly. The family who runs it are wonderful. We are pretty boring when it comes to what we order (we don't even get menus anymore upon arrival). I have gluten-free and low-FODMAP dietary requirements, so the Philadelphia and Alaska Roll are made how I like them.
