Consistently good Italian Food with great service!
I really wanted to like Gianni’s because the service was excellent and the restaurant itself is nice inside. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing.
One of the first things that stood out was the size of the menu. It is easily three to four times larger than a typical restaurant menu, and it made me wonder how they can consistently maintain quality across so many dishes. Based on our experience, I think it may be affecting the food quality.
I ordered the cannelloni, and it was nothing like traditional cannelloni. Instead of being made with pasta, it seemed to be wrapped in something more like a tortilla or crepe. It was soggy, lacked texture, and was not enjoyable. The meat sauce tasted canned and lacked the rich, homemade flavor you would expect from an Italian restaurant. My partners ish was also listed as vodka cream sauce but I honestly have no idea what it actually was.
I was also surprised by the wine selection. For a restaurant that presents itself as Italian, the wine menu was disappointing. It lists grape varieties rather than the actual wine names, and there were very few appealing options.
Even the complimentary bread served at the table tasted like stale store-bought bread rather than fresh bakery bread.
I wish I could leave a more positive review because the staff were friendly, attentive, and provided good service. However, the food simply did not live up to expectations, and based on this visit, I would not return for the dining experience.

Food was over priced and bland. The waitress was sweet. This isn't worth your money there's plenty of really good Italian restaurants in snohomish county better quality and worth your money. The decor is outdated and dark inside hard to read the menu.

I would gave 5 stars but when you order doordash they didnt seal it and the drivers got into my food before, please get a way to seal the bags for doordash
Edit: they started doing it sealed
This place is a hidden gem. We had delicious dinners including tender veal piccata and fantastic meatballs in a savory red sauce. It’s not super fancy but they do a good job of putting out a nice meal.

The food was bland and they brought out the wrong order. They were rude and kicked me out. They pretended to call the police when I said I wouldn’t pay for food I didn’t eat and also on top of that it was food they didn’t even make properly. The pasta was undercooked. There was no seasoning in the sauce. This was genuinely the worst Italian food I’ve ever had. I went to Olive Garden afterwards and ordered the same thing and it was significantly better.

We went to a Gianni’s for the first time in December and have been here 3 times since! The food keeps us coming back for more!!! The pizza is so good, as is every meal we’ve ordered! The salads are fresh and crisp too!
We’ve gotten a seat right away each time. The food arrives pretty quickly as well!
We can’t wait to go back and try something new!

We came in on Valentine's day, it was really packed and busy but Sonja made it such a wonderful experience for us. The food was amazing and I highly recommend the Pollo Pistachio dish. Definitely will be coming back!

Old time authentic Italian. No corporate chain crap (hello Olive Garden), real down home Italian cuisine.
Best Italian I have eaten in the Seattle area.

Hands down best Italian good locally. Great service and reasonably priced especially for the quality of food. I ordered the chicken parmesean with a garlic cream sauce. To die for! Beyond my expectations

This is an old school American-Italian style restaurant a lot like the places where I went I Chicago and San Francisco. It's an excellent place for a relaxed family meal. The wine was very nice, the menu updated a bit with offerings that were more modern than the places of the past. Still, it was a blast from the past! Don't expect a hip trendy clattery trattoria, or a super traditional version of high end dishes like Lucca (which I love also), but a place where families share plates and the lady serving you knows the food and cares. My 87 year old mom adores it!
