Hands down best Italian good locally. Great service and reasonably priced especially for the quality of food. I ordered the chicken parmesean with a garlic cream sauce. To die for! Beyond my expectations
This is an old school American-Italian style restaurant a lot like the places where I went I Chicago and San Francisco. It's an excellent place for a relaxed family meal. The wine was very nice, the menu updated a bit with offerings that were more modern than the places of the past. Still, it was a blast from the past! Don't expect a hip trendy clattery trattoria, or a super traditional version of high end dishes like Lucca (which I love also), but a place where families...
I've been coming to Gianni's since they opened (late 1980's?!) We love the spaghetti and meatballs! Other favorites are the prawns dolce, the quattro stagione pizza and the cannoloni. The gorgonzola salad dressing is heaven and the soup is soothing on a cold night. The staff are fantastic. Lovely mom and pop restaurant.
