I haven’t lived near a Jimmy John’s in a while and as a former GM, it’s still a favorite of mine so I was excited to live near one again. The employees are all always super sweet, however, they can’t seem to get my sandwich correct. First time I got a #1 Pepe and got home to discover a #4 Turkey tom. This second time I got a beach club and there’s no cucumbers on it. That comes with cucumbers by default so them missing that ingredient...

We typically order delivery or take out from here and it is hit or miss. Sometimes the bread is clearly stale and they should have realized that and not used it and some employees seem to be REALLY heavy handed with the condiments (I don't want mayo dripping out of my sandwich when i chose EZ). They have a chance to up their quality before its too late. Be accountable for your work.
