Failed to put peppers on my sanwich one day. Next day delivery drivers car breaks down and instead of sending a new delivery driver with a new sandwich they send them to find the broken down car to collect the sandwich. The guy looking for the car drove right past me (could have delivered a new sandwich) so they reluctantly give me a 5$ coupon. Finally when going to use the five dollar coupon I asked for 2 sides of peppers however they said they cannot give more than 1 side. I...read full review
1st time ordered sandwich with no tomatoes and got them anyways. Grrr everyother time perfect.

Jimmy John's is a great spot for a tasty sandwich. The Tuscan Italian, pesto pasta salad, and potato salad are worth a try. The wheat bread is fresh and soft, even better than the white bread. The staff is friendly and prices are a bit high, but the food is so delicious it's hard to resist. The Turkey Tom sandwich is a must-try, and the service is quick even during busy times.
