I went into the establishment this evening at the Jimmy John's and Everett Mall Way with my client I am his caregiver they would not allow us in the store with his service dog. So we left and then went back in to get the manager's name they said there was no manager on duty. After we left he came walking out of the store and said it's okay and you can come back with your service dog. I told him know you're rude and defensive and I'm leaving with my clients. This posting is about the Jimmy John's on Everett Mall Way. I rolled up there on my electric scooter with my service dog. They would not let me in the store. Then we left and came back and ask to speak to a manager who wasn't on duty. So we left again then the worker who kicked us out came outside and said you can come in with service dog if you want. Have been ordering for a few days now for my lunch at work. These are probably some of the best subs I have ever had, and they always deliver a few minutes before the time I requested so I don't waste minutes of my lunch break waiting for a delivery. Also tried an unwich today for the first time, it was amazing.
