We ate at Katana for my husband’s birthday dinner. It was a busy weeknight. We were greeted by a lovely hostess who immediately made us feel welcome. Our server, Kingsley, was absolutely phenomenal- definitely one of the top servers we have ever encountered anywhere! She was tending to multiple tables, bar customers, and also making drinks. The food was very good, but the service was disappointing. Our waiter forgot multiple drink orders, even after he came over and we politely reminded him of our order, forgot our requests for gluten free items, and took 20+ min to run our card so we could leave, in part so he could socialize with some friends who visited the restaurant.
