KFC in Everett

“I order Tuesday specials which it 8pc chicken strips , pick up and i went home the satrips getting small and small ( i usually order from this location only) and and they frequently make a mistake about the order
Last time instead crispy the give me regular and this time supposed to 8 strips they give me only 7 strips
Is not worth for me to come back because i live 6 mile away but how can be a food worker make a lot of mistake without store manager know about it“

Came here twice this week because we’ve been moving And it’s been convenient to stop and just pick up food after a long hard day work. Both times have been awesome. This last time they forgot something in my order and Anthony was very kind and even went the extra mile to make it up to us.
Probably the best customer service in Everett for fast food! Great food too always fresh.“
