Delicious and great fast food restaurant! Obsessed with the KFC chicken and the a&w root beer floats! It's the best of both worlds! Food is always so delicious! Staff is so kind and friendly! Place gets busy so keep that in mind, totally worth the short wait ! Drive thru and inside dining available. Great prices, great food for the entire family ! So many options. Huge parking lot, and clean !
If you're looking for ambiance, KFC is not the place you would typically go. However, the one on 128th is outrageously noisy! The music is loud enough for a nightclub. I asked at the counter if the music could be turned down. She says I can't do anything. That's ridiculous! They don't have access to the controls on the music in the lobby? It's absolutely horrible. The food isn't typically as good as it is at the one on Evergreen way KFC either. I'll continue to go to Evergreen...read full review

I tried the pot pie for the first time. Very disappointing. My expectation was that it would be better then a Marie calendars microwave pot pie, it was not, and $13.99 just the pie, no drink. It was tastey enough, just not worth the cost. Also they shut down their soft drink machine in the lobby and signs everywhere saying no drink refills, really?!!! I'll likely eat KFC again some day, but not this location.
