Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). Starting with the atmosphere, it was a hotter type of day today and there's no AC or fans on inside the restaurant so it did feel like a hot box, especially around the seating areas, window booths.
I really liked the 90s/early 2000s atmosphere, the furniture and walls reminds me of that. There's a nice large flat screen TV by the front doors that plays the news etc. Fun to watch.

Staff was very straight forward, customer service seemed low but not disrespectful.
My ice cream dipped wasnt sealed all the way so there was ice cream dripping between the chocolate and cone.
No other complaints.
