Tonight (2/5/2024) My daughter and I went through the drive through with plans of getting dinner for myself, my husband, and my daughter. I ended up only getting dinner for my husband and daughter because, for 1 Mac n cheese, 1 kfc bowl, and 1 medium root beer float, the total was almost $25.00! It was $24 and some change. I was and still am in total disbelief. Let that sink in...$25.00 for a large macaroni and cheese, a KFC mashed potatoe bowl (just the bowl, not the combo) and a medium root beer float...$25.00! Absolutely ridiculous! And don't even get me started on the fact that KFC has been serving its customers 3D BIOPRINTED LAB GROWN CANCER CAUSING PEA TREE DISH FAKE A$$ GARBAGE for the last 2 or 3 years now!

I tried the pot pie for the first time. Very disappointing. My expectation was that it would be better then a Marie calendars microwave pot pie, it was not, and $13.99 just the pie, no drink. It was tastey enough, just not worth the cost. Also they shut down their soft drink machine in the lobby and signs everywhere saying no drink refills, really?!!! I'll likely eat KFC again some day, but not this location.

I would not suggest anyone go here if you want to order food your way or according to your needs; if you want to accept their defaults, then have at it. The person at their drive-thru has a bad attitude about serving customers, lecturing through the speakerbox instead of helping the customer who just wants some fried junkfood. I'm not going to debate with a squawky little mesh and an opinionated shrew of an employee on the other end.My partner has a relatively manageable dairy allergy and we have been to plenty of KFCs where their food items which contains NO DAIRY are fine for her. There is a difference between CONTAINS and ADJACENT. Instead of listening to the customer, their window worker decided to recite their incorrect incomprehensible brain-garbage gibberish over my words. Worse yet, when corrected at the window she just shrugged and rolled her eyes instead of listening and learning to adjust and adapt.The pushback makes me have serious doubts about their food safety practices, so this place sniffs of something fishy for a chicken joint. If they aren't clean enough to keep their cross-contamination to a minimum, I would not want to eat there.Dietary restrictions: The staff here have no concept of food separation and seem to erroneously think that "contains" is the same as "cooked on shared equipment" when it comes to allergens. While this does have associations, they are not the same and their people need to understand the difference.

Lady was very rude and refused to give me my order without showing a phone confirmation when I didn't have my phone with me. I have never had to do this at any other KFC location or Fast Food restaurant. Not coming back to this location.

Myself along with another couple spent over 30 minutes in the lobby waiting for our order to be finished while a dozen people at least went through the drive-thru before we were even served.This location really needs to speed it up. They need to systematically process orders instead of prioritizing only the drive-thru. I wasted my entire lunch break waiting for my food.
