We purchased a Bucket of chicken 2/5/23 around 2:45 pm the chicken was so dry we couldn’t eat it. I have never had chicken that bad from KFC . I swear it was left over from the day before.I called and the said they would replace it but at that point we were no longer in the mood for chicken nor did I want to dive back to KFC.
My recommendation is ask how old the chicken is before purchase it.
For some reason the people i know have had nothing but bad experiences here. From Incorrect orders and terrible quality of food, all the way to insulting the customer and calling them liars. I would recommend new management but honestly I feel it would take a bit more than that to undue what the current management has already accomplished with the poor attitudes and closed mindsets.
My worst drive thru experience yet, and I eat a lot of drive thru. I went to KFC on Evergreen Way in Everett for dinner. The girl told me it came to $6.22. I gave her $6.20. I asked her if I could give her 2 cents later (because I go at least once a week) and she said no. I told her I dont have $6.22. She asked me if I had a credit card.
