I don' usually have any issues with this location, but if you're out of the larger cups, can you at least make sure the lid is secured on the cup I end up with? I spilled it all over this morning to start off the day right. The 5 stars is for every other time.

We have been here a few times, with mixed experience. Today, fries were not fresh, they had no ice, blue slushie was not working, their soda machine was on the fritz and they gave us the wrong soda. It also took exceptionally long, with no comment or apology.
