Michael's Espresso

This used to be a wonderful place for a quick cup of coffee on the run. The staff were so friendly and cheerful. And now I try to avoid this coffee shop and go else where as the new employees are never welcoming and have messed up my order 3+ times. It’s very disappointing to see it go downhill so quickly.

Was at this stand this morning trying to order coffee, there was an older lady working there, I wish I had gotten her name. When I got in line to order the lady mumbled something, I'm hearing impaired so I asked her what did she say, for some reason she started flipping out saying she hated people like me just for asking what.. Before this place changed management they were WONDERFUL! The new owner is awful. She's a scatter brain, she's disrespectful to her employees and screams at them in front of customers. One time she charged my card $59.99 for one drink. I turned it around and told her she overcharged me. She backed out of the transaction and re-did it. Then when she turned it around for me to sign it, she tipped herself $4. When I had already tipped her in cash! She said "Oh don't worry about it!"...read full review
