We used to order takeout almost weekly before it was Chinnie’s and for a while after. Then, we stopped. There seemed to be a new FOH staff every time we went, which is disruptive for regulars who know what they want and how it should (or used to) be. The food quality was as inconsistent as were the policies with coupons, an app, etc. All that is understandable with a change in ownership and growing pains.
