Panda Express Reviews
The food was good, but the employees seem like they don't like each other, not happy. It would be nice for them if the credit card reader would recommend adding tip, it has no option for that. They need moral boost
Brittany is the best employee in the world!
Had DoorDash from this location food was not good, orange chicken was so much breading and tiny bit sized almost the size of a quarter. Green bean chicken was not l9nger crisp beans but soggy. Noodles had been chopped up to no longer resemble chow mein. App and location did not allow customizable or asks for sweet and sour for the rangoons.

Panda Express is a restaurant that serves fresh food, including popular dishes like Orange Chicken and Chow Mein. While customers need to pick up their orders themselves when ordering through the app, the staff is generally friendly and efficient, providing excellent customer service. The management is quick to resolve any issues that arise. The dining area is clean and well-maintained, and there is plenty of parking space available. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, offering toys and special meal options for children. Furthermore, it features wheelchair-accessible tables and a flat surface for convenience.
However, recent reviews indicate that the experience can be inconsistent. Some customers have noted that service can feel rushed, and not all employees provide the same quality, with some serving noticeably small portions. One employee has made mistakes with orders and appears frustrated when asked for simple items. On a positive note, other staff members remain attentive and friendly, especially during busy times. The managers have been highlighted as exceptional, being kind and quick to address rare issues. Additionally, while the Chow Mein has received praise for its generous portions, some entrees like the Sweetfire Chicken have disappointed, with reports of it tasting off. Overall, there is a hope for improvement in portion consistency and cooking standards to match the high expectations this location once had.
