Walked past this spot several times during my visit to Seattle and finally on the night before I left, I decided to give it a try and man was I disappointed. Disappointed that I didn't try it sooner! I ordered the house salad, Geso Karaage (fried squid legs) that came with a chili lime, asian pesto...it was so good I ordered it TWICE, Crispy Tuna (comparable if not better than Katsuya's), and Salmon Avocado sushi roll. Everything was exceptional! Moon Tree is now one...
After a long day of traveling, this was our first place we ate at in Seattle. We had a wonderful experience. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming, particularly our amazing server, Yuka! She was attentive, personable, and made our experience lovely. Everything we ordered was delicious, including the cocktails, and the sushi literally melted in our mouths. If we were local, this would be a regular spot for us!
Great service, pleasant atmosphere and delicious food. This was our last day in Seattle and we had a long drive ahead of us, so I couldn’t try any libations. We opted for the chefs sashimi choice. It was great, an assortment I would not have even thought to try. Accompanied with a fantastic miso soup and a glazed salmon. I wish we would have found this place earlier!
