I've been going to Northwest Fit Meals since 2013 when they had a shared kitchen in Redmond. They now own their own kitchen, which happens to by aunt and uncle's old Thai Restaurant space before he retired and to make things even better is that they now have two store fronts for grab-and-go's! Super convenient, the service is great, the food is always A1 (chef's kiss), and the team are good peoples so it's always a vibe; all good energy, love them!You can always count on the beautiful menu and I know that takes time and effort. So, it's always exciting to see what new items and even old items come into rotation. My personal favorite is the Korean Beef Bowl because who doesn't like Korean food lol.

You can choose 2/3 of these. This service is not cheap, but there’s a reason.My husband and I are impressed by and love this service and will continue to use it! Food is tasty, but the price point is too high. While I understand that this may be due to small operations, it doesn't make it sustainable (Ex: Meal Pro is $7 cheaper on average). Should the price of meals decrease, I think NW Fit Meals would definitely see increased sales/business.
HOLY DELICIOUSNESS! I decided to try out Northwest Fit Meals for a convenient and healthy alternative to cooking/eating out/door dash. They have healthy and very tasty meals and meal plans. They do Keto, Paleo and low carb options AND the packaging is compostable/recyclable, which has been one of my issues with most meal services- too much waste.If you’re looking for a easy solution that is healthy and delicious I 10/10 recommend!!!
