I had ordered a few large trays to cater to a lunch event I was hosting. I was afraid I hadn't ordered enough food, but was pleasantly surprised to see that they definitely delivered and I had worried for nothing! The spicy mochiko chicken was by far the favorite among my guests as well as the kalua pork. If you're looking to order some aloha for a catering order, be sure to call at least a day or two in advance so they can be sure you're well taken care of!
Mochiko Chicken with the Garlic Sauce is heaven. A great frying process and that sauce is quite the combo! Also great catering prices and a Kal-bi (short ribs) that sometimes run out cause it's another local favorite. Fried noodles are a underrated hit, reminds me of local plate lunch spots in Hawaii.
