The only Papa Murphy's open till 9:00 I drove all the way out here in a quickness got here by 8:30 just was going to tell me that they have a piece of paper on the door and they changed their hours they close at 8:00 today bullshit one star

Tried the beef taco pizza, I found several pieces of the beef were not the best quality. We won't be ordering it again, which is sad because we love taco pizza

Have only gone there once, it was the only Papa Murphy's open other then Lake Stevens, we came in late, and I was worried about maybe getting someone that had a long day and was upset about us coming last minute, but that wasn't the case the young gentleman was very nice and polite while my wild 4yr old was loud and trying to run around while we waited for our pizzas. He was very calm and pleasant, very happy with the service and food. Will go back and next time I'll take pictures, I had a minion to corral. ??

This is the worst Papa Murphys I have ever been to! We have tried several times and we have problems with our order every time! Most of the time our toppings are wrong, not even talking about whether they can do light or extra toppings options. Our most recent orders, our pizza has been an absolute mess, where the sauce is all over the side, bottom or plastic. It's so disgustingly messy!

This was literally the best experience of my life. I went in at 8:30 (I’m sorry) because the green really got to me and I needed an XL New York style cheese pizza. The girl who rung me up was so nice and wasn’t even mean to me about coming in so late. She also had really nice eyebrows. Anyway, I went to sit in my car so I wasn’t just staring at her making pizza and she BROUGHT MY PIZZAS OUT. I didn’t get her name but she’s so nice
When I walked in there was someone that had a angry look on his face which immediately made me feel uncomfortable and he said what do you want, after I ordered there was a female working with him and when she messed up he told her to go do dishes in the back like a female should while whispering it thinking I wouldn’t hear this happened tonight and I am truly disgusted that someone like that is working there. I will not be coming back if he is working.

I usually love the Pizzas I get here. Unfortunately today we order they didn't even remember to put the sausage on our special. When my husband mentioned it to the young man at the counter he checked the ticket, said, "Oh, your right." Then proceeded to grab a small handful and threw them on. Disappointed.

Love the pizzas I got there before 8:30 they already prepping to close I order they were attitude because I came in at 8:30 never asked me what type of crust which we like thin crust but got the regular and then didnt follow my instructions, I asked multiple times to put pepperoni on top they didn't do it, you shood be not cleaning up at 8:30 or respect the customers until 9pm

I just ordered custom pizzas online. They were custom due to a food allergy. I picked up my pizzas, but noticed in the car they made them wrong. When I went back in, there were 3 people in line and they kindly allowed me to go to the front. The worker tried to tell me it wasn't her fault and she wouldn't remake them. I had to pull up my receipt from the online order and show her were it outlined the custom needs. She then proceeded to make all the people in the store's orders and an online order before mine and gave me several dirty looks while I sat and waited. When I asked about it the worker just told me they were busy and gave me another dirty look. It took 26 minutes to correct thier mistake. I've never been treated this poorly at this store. I've been ordering there, same custom order a few times a month for years. Deeply unimpressed.
