Phở is so common in Vietnamese food cuisine that it seems any Vietnamese family has a mom that can make a pot of phở with at least an 8/10 rating.
So restaurants must hit at least an 8 score to be respected. But an 8 to 9.5 score takes top ingredients and presentation that's not common (10 phở doesn't exist because we are all critics).
Pho Laday did a respectful 9.5 phở for us. The stone bowl was incredible. It arrived boiling....

My husband and I wanted to try this place out cause we were seeing what other pho places are there in Everett, as we got there they greeted us and sat us down, we order couple of there food on there menu i got fried chicken platter, shrimp spring rolls, toasted shrimp bites my hubby got brisket everything was delicious, also the staff was very friendly..we will definitely come back again😊👍

The chicken pho was delicious.
I also had the pork banh mi—which I got for takeout—the next morning. It was delicious!
