Went inside to order food waited for 10 minutes no one showed up so I left. 4 chairs inside all taken. Inside is like a small closet. Very disappointed. Left and went to dominos. Domino's definitely out pizzad the hut.

The mushroom pizza cost me $15. I tipped $5. I was going to get Hawaiian but the price went up to nearly $20. I dug in as soon as I picked it up because I was starving. The pizza was on super thin crust and it was hard as a rock, and tasted like cardboard! It was the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life. It was that bad. My suggestion-go across the street. While I was waiting for my expensive cardboard pizza, I noticed a dominos across the street.
To top it all off, on my way home down Seattle hill road, the rest of the extremely dry and lightweight pizza (only 1/2 a slice was missing because it was so bad I couldn’t finish the slice I took out) slid out of the pizza box because it wasn’t put together well enough to stop the pizza from sliding out, and it all landed on the floor of my passenger side. I wasn’t really sad about that though since i wouldn’t eat it anyway. I was sad because it was a complete waste of $20 and I was broke between paydays. 😭 what a jip.

My order was messed up twice due to DoorDash even though I ordered directly from Pizzahut. I eventually almost gave up but David from this store made it right! David was extremely professional and empathetic. Made waiting and extra 2 hours for my food worth it.

I live 5 minutes from store. Pizza was cold. Pizza was delivered in box way too big for what I ordered. Not enough room to leave delivery instructions for the delivery driver which in turn took more time. Not drivers fault. Even with multiple deliveries my pizza shouldn’t have been so cold.

If I could, I would not have given any stars. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. My order was placed at 4:45pm and was delivered at 9:45pm. I even went in personally to cancel the order, but it still arrived extremely late and cold. The people behind the counter were swearing, would disappear to the back, and disregard customers waiting. I tried calling multiple times, but my phone either went straight to a call center in Florida or I was intentionally hung up on. I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again.

By far the worst store I’ve ever had experience with. Placed my order at 4:45 PM. Estimated delivery was 5:18 PM by 6 PM. No pizzas, attempted to call the store with no success, they never answered and it rang nonstop. Went into the physical store Where the person working there said it was just him and three teenagers who didn’t know how to make pizzas and they were very behind. They had not even started my order yet. And would not get to it for another hour. I told them to cancel my order. He confirmed that he would cancel my order and process a refund. At 9:50 PM, DoorDash delivered the pizzas to my door! What the heck! We hand-delivered those pizzas back to the physical store again And requested that refund as promised. I don’t have a lot of confidence that they will process the refund. We saw at least 10 people waiting and complaining at the store. Very poor managed place.

I ordered a pizza like at 6 around and I had my friend pick it up and it wasn’t ready and there was a long ass line so he came back and another friend who went and passed by tried to get it but it still wasn’t ready and keep in mind this is an hour later all I know is I just want my $90 back I better get my refund

What a complete joke. Their app doesn't work, ordering online has half tge toppings and crusts. Ordering over the phone won't get you what you ordered! I ordered a pan pizza with garlic Alfredo sauce and got a hand tossed, overcooked crust with no sauce and a tiny bit of some of the toppings. This happened 3 times! Order from Garluc Jim-#, tge pizza is better and less expensive!!!!
