Lemme just say the customer service needs to be seen and I hope you give a raise to whoever is working at 1am on Friday. They are the definition of above and beyond. I hope you pay them GOOD! I’d say give them a raise if possible. Also just for fun don’t ever replace incredible humans like you have working there now with AI lol AI IS THE WORST
Man, where do I even START?? Just THINKING of that spicy chicken sandwich gives me the NUTTIEST drawls. Service here is top of the line, yellin my name when i walk in every day to great me. I've started to come more often after my docter kept getting after me for being obeese, said I need to start eating healthier. So now I don't eat my darn wife's food anymore and come over to popeyes instead.

We went to the Drive-Thru lane and was greeting very nicely, and respectfully when asked to give some time to think. The worker was super helpful with answering our questions but unfortunately when we arrived home when we asked for classic our food was spicy. Something small but does matter to some who can’t handle the spice.
