The kitchen was pretty far behind. The cook was not able to keep up. We did wait 30 minutes for a 9 piece. That said, Bradley is a champion. He took abuse from multiple disrespectful door dashers. He caught a scam with the drivers screen shotting orders, saving the company money, and he encouraged his kitchen to catch up and fill orders. It was a very interesting half hour and I wasn’t upset at the crew at all. They did an amazing job against a stacked deck.
They try their best but the volume vs employee turn over slows them down. Never once have seen an owner observing their own operation. Anyway, the staff are doing their best and that's all we can ask.
