Excellent customer service. The person in the drive through gave good recommendations, and suggested sauces that we might like. I appreciate his attention to detail. I saw on my recipt that his name is Matthew.
I ordered a three piece tender with red beans and rice plus biscuit as a side. The cashier mistakenly added a second order of red beans and rice that resulted in a long wait for the manager to void the order. As a pleasant surprise the manager gave me the meal at no charge to compensate for the confusion and long wait. The chicken tender were awesome but the biscuit was hard and not typical of Popeyes. I generally love the food here and will go back but I would encourage them...

The price at this chain is higher than others though! This location is not in a good income residents. They should locate in Lynnwood, Mulkiteo or Bothel.
