I came into this establishment expecting to order a homemade potato salad, and my usual turkey with provolone sandwich. To my dismay they no longer made homemade potato’s salads and discontinued my sandwich choice a few years ago! So I ordered something close to what I enjoyed eating there, and it was NOTHING like what I am used to eating and ordering. The same with the other half’s sandwhich, he will eat anything and he refused to even finish his roast beef...
We visited Red Rocks Subs on a quick family vacation and we loved our sandwiches! We had a big group and they were so accommodating. They were also very fast! We had our food in under 10 minutes. All in all, it was a great place to get a quick bite and we’d love to go back next time we’re in the Seattle area!
An incredible family run shop that has the most amazing vegan subs. I moved away and fantasize about their subs all the time. I miss them so much! Really fantastic people making amazing food.
