Rum Thai is a Thai restaurant in North Everett. It's easy to get to with plenty of street parking outside of it. Inside there is probably less than 2 dozen tables. Their menu is massive, with plenty of things to choose from. Prices per portion are fantastic, you get quite a good amount of food. The staff are friendly, the guy at the front is always super happy and helpful. The food itself is good, always made fresh and takes about 10 minutes total. Rice and flat noodle dishes...

Ordered the “Pad See Yew” for pick up. The noodles, vegetables, and chicken are all cooked well but it is very under flavored and plain tasting. I ordered this with medium spice and it did not have spice.

I came here to eat delicious Thai food, and that is what I got. The red curry was creamy, spy, with a lot of flavor. I spent about 27 with tips for one person. I was disappointed with with how much ice they put on the Thai tea. The cup is already medium size and the ice volume makes it small size. If they already charging 4 dollars for the Thai tea, why they try to cheat you?
