Sweet N Short Tapioca Tea

My friend and I stopped by on a whim to get banh mi and a drink and are now only ever going to come here! The food is delicious with everything made fresh daily and the drinks use fresh fruit that make it taste incredible. We spoke with Kim — who bakes the bread daily — and she was an absolute delight and recommended so many dishes for us to try next time we come in. Came in expecting just an average sandwich and drink, left with a bag of fresh bread and a new favorite spot! ❤️

The food was SO fresh SO delicious and the customer service was phenomenal. Kim took our order and even told us a little bit about the restaurant. They make their bread every day. They use real fresh fruits in their drinks and they also have fresh ingredients to make your own little sandwich at home. I got the tofu sandwich and a passion fruit tea. So yummy. I had to buy a bag of bread from them as well❤️ Will be coming back, thank you Kim!

This place has been a neighborhood staple for years. Family-owned and friendly, great boba served with some great food. Really has that vibe.

I can’t believe I’ve lived in the area for over 10 years and just discovered this gem! Phở is easy to find, but this place offers authentic Vietnamese noodle soups you rarely see—even in Vietnam. I tried the fish cake noodle soup, and it instantly took me back to Da Nang—it’s that good. I’m definitely coming back to explore the rest of the menu!

I absolutely love this place! The food is amazing, and the bubble tea is out of this world. I’ve always been a fan of bubble tea, but this one became my absolute favorite — especially the strawberry smoothie with strawberry pearls and salted cream foam. I first bought one for my sister, took a sip, and immediately went back to get one for myself. I fell in love instantly! Everyone needs to try this ASAP! 💖🧋🍓

My husband and I go here as a treat. Good bubble tea with lots of choices. Their bahn mi is fantastic, the bread is so fresh!

Very good and yummy local family style foods! The rolls had a nice crunch from egg roll wrap in the center. The stir fried corn was a great snack. The sauce from the house special hot plate with “siu mai” meatball was a good addition. The hot shrimp paste noodle soup was awesome for the cold weather. Friendly and clean environment with excellent customer service. Everything is handmade! Highly recommend!

The best drink and food here! My toddler and I were hungry after playtime so we shared an avocado drink and bun rieu tomatoe soup. She's a picky eater but she ate up quickly by herself without me pushing her to eat and even said so tasty. She approved! We will be coming back.

What a refreshing, lovely spot for some amazing banh mi. Both the beef and the pork banh mi were great, bread made fresh in-house (also for sale on its own), staff was so friendly and kind. Looking forward to my next visit!
