Sweet N Short Tapioca Tea

Very good and yummy local family style foods! The rolls had a nice crunch from egg roll wrap in the center. The stir fried corn was a great snack. The sauce from the house special hot plate with “siu mai” meatball was a good addition. The hot shrimp paste noodle soup was awesome for the cold weather. Friendly and clean environment with excellent customer service. Everything is handmade! Highly recommend!

The best drink and food here! My toddler and I were hungry after playtime so we shared an avocado drink and bun rieu tomatoe soup. She's a picky eater but she ate up quickly by herself without me pushing her to eat and even said so tasty. She approved! We will be coming back.

What a refreshing, lovely spot for some amazing banh mi. Both the beef and the pork banh mi were great, bread made fresh in-house (also for sale on its own), staff was so friendly and kind. Looking forward to my next visit!

I ordered a drink called pennyworth, it’s a green drink very healthy. It has a bit of a bitter taste to it but it’s healthy and good. The cashier is super nice and friendly.

Yummy bubble tea drinks (try the crazy one, it's fun, haha.) I've also had a couple of their banh mis, which are tasty. This place has lots of options and the ones I've tried have been good.

Honestly… I’m obsessed with their salmon bahn mi, as well as the tofu bahn mi! I don’t think I’ve ever seen another bahn mi place offer salmon as one of the protein options.

The owner of this cafe is also very sweet, and I’m pretty sure she knows my order by heart by now! 😂

Their boba is always cooked to perfection, it’s never hard, and they are pretty good about not making their drinks too sweet, as long as you ask them to adjust it. I go here almost all the time with my boyfriend. 😋🧋

This is a fantastic place to eat. Their Banh Mi Burger is really good! One of my favorite burgers 🍔 and close to my house! I love their bubble tea, Banh Mi sandwiches and fried rice cake as well! Definitely worth a try if you are in the area!

This place is so cute for a quick bite or a long yap session! It’s very clean and the decorations are super cute. The food is also very good and authentic. Their menu is full of goodies, with something for everyone! The service was also super nice and fast. The owners told me that they make everything in house, from their bread for banh mis, ice cream to fries, just to name a few. I will definitely be coming here again.

Our family loves this place. They have a great selection of drink types from smoothies to tea and lots of add-ins. Our favorites are typically the fruit smoothies with the foam added. I prefer tapioca and my kid loves the poppers. The staff is super friendly, too.
