Finding a hole in the wall spot like this with high quality, authentic and homemade items is rare. On top of that the interior is bright and welcoming, so are the staff! My first time visiting left a positive impression on me. I've had a lot of disappointmenting bubble tea from establishments so it was a relief when this was well made and the fact the frozen yogurt base for the bubble smoothies is homemade and not some prepackaged powders like others is a huge bonus! Food was great too! Overall no complaints. Definitely recommending to my friends and family!

Super cute and friendly! We got milk teas with boba and the flavor is perfect and the boba squishiness factor is exquisite. Will definitely be back!

This is a diamond in the rough when it comes to great food and boba teas. The tea is fresh, the owner takes such pride in their products, it's a pleasant vibe, and they are gracious and timely with the orders. With a wide variety of choices and quite a lot of ways to customize, you get the bang for your buck and its yummy and filling, without the additives. They even make the bread fresh!
Only downside is they don't have a public restroom, but for everything else, it's a wonderful stop, just off Everett Mall Way.

Needed an afternoon snack with the wife. Walked in, and was immediately greeted with warm welcome. Ordered some boba, Honey Dew and Matcha milk teas. Special and Grilled Pork Banh Mi. Then the sweet lady came around and informed us of a special soup they had, Bun Rieu. My oh my, I was hesitant at first but my stomach was happy! Came in for a light snack and left feeling fuller than Thanksgiving dinner! Definitely give this place a shot. They also sell Viet style frozen yogurt that is all home made. If I was going straight to the house I would’ve bought one but will have to return to try that out!

Met the owners and they are incredibly kind and welcoming. One of the owners was especially articulate and passionate, taking the time to explain just how much care, effort, and detail goes into everything they make. It’s clear this is a true labor of love, backed by over 15 years of experience.

Everything is made with intention — from the homemade ingredients to the thoughtfully crafted flavors. We tried the banana milk tea with salted cream and tapioca pearls, as well as the strawberry lychee milk tea topped with ube cream, and both were absolutely delicious.

Authentic, unique, and easily some of the best boba in Everett. This is definitely our new go-to spot!

So good! Bubble tea, snacks and plates, quick friendly service and there's a lot of great homemade touches to everything. Such a gem of a place!

Really good boba drinks and food menu. Remind me of the local snack shops in Vietnam. The owner is really sweet and knowledgeable of the menu and served us with the best customer service. Finding pennywort drink (rau ma) and a bowl of delicious Bun Rieu on a cold night is heavenly blessing! We'll be back to try more items. The menu is big and very promising! And, don't forget their homemade frozen yogurt. Yummy!

I go here all the time for boba drinks and the ladies that work there, especially Kim, are always so so so sweet. They’re extremely welcoming as well. The environment is always clean and orders are always made quickly! The only place I would get my boba and I wish they were open longer for late night cravings :)

It’s very hard to find Vietnamese restaurants that they have fish cake soup. I think this restaurant is the one and only place to serve this soup in this area.
