10 dollar refresher with 90 percent ice in it like seriously last time I ever come here complete rip off.

I go to this Starbucks every day for years, I get my ice there teas and other wonderful ideas but today I feel cheated I often pay for the car behind me for Christmas cheer. I paid the man at the Window letting him know that I’m paying for the car behind. I asked him how much it was. He told me and I gave him a $20 bill and told him to keep the change for his tip to make sure that I pay for the car behind and tell them merry Christmas, but when I looked back in my window, I noticed he charged them. I wonder to myself how many times does this happen to people where they think that they’re doing a good date for others and then they actually charge that person keeping the tip and the money that was left behind now this could’ve been an accident I guess but I don’t think so. It was lack of attention And lack of dignity I will never ever ever step foot in the Starbucks again. They have lost my business and my good grace. Jennifer

I was stranded looking for the 1st Starbucks i could find. I was lost...phone dead a d had zero communication with my family. I was able to charge my phone enough to get help and customer service was greatbas well.

Debbie the team lead took my order wrong then when I was clarifying my order said that I was attacking her 0 out of 10 Stars we'll never go back to the Starbucks again simply because of her I hope that she gets fired and I hope that they rethink who is in charge there because somebody who can't even take your order shouldn't be a team lead Not only was she rude but she also Was talking down to me after she took my order wrong because I asked her why didn't she check Before she had charged me then I asked for my money back and she said that I attacked her quote on Quote

Very slow service. My hubby has been in there for 21 minutes already. Barely any traffic. But he ordered a traveler pack and two breakfast sandwiches.
I get it takes time to brew and all, but they are not even close to being done. Maybe train the younger team members how to do things efficiently?
Food is average microwave breakfast.

A pretty decent location, sadly there have been many Starbucks closing around this local area recently, so I think this is why this particular one can get so overwhelmed now. Often times when coming here the line in both the drive though and in the lobby are often very long. To be clear, I am NOT blaming the staff, who have always been wonderful. It's simply being overworked without enough staff, I had hoped at least some of the numerous recent closed locations could come work here, but doesn't feel like this is the case.

Really slow service here. I only went because my normal location didn't have something in stock I usually get. But after waiting in the drive thru line for 35ish minutes for a mobile order, I kinda regretted my choice. The employee seemed new and was nice but pretty quiet and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. I love Starbucks but wouldn't go back to this location.

I’ve been coming since I was in middle school. I stopped at this same location four times a week to get my lunch coffee. For some reason now, maybe cause Starbucks sucks according to its own workers, but damn you ask one of the baristas a question and can’t even direct conversation or eye contact with costumer. They treat you like a homeless for asking if you can bring your scooter in for a min while I waiting for pick up. I wait either way outside since my scooter is such a big deal, only for one out of two items to be ready after the time I was given it would be ready. The dudes working are okay I guess, lost mainly, but all girls I’ve gotten to talk to, condescending without a specific reason. I get baristas work so hard but I can see why Starbucks is failing haha. Just a bunch of young kids that think the world is so hard so can’t even act human to another human, which is their job 😭
