I’ve been coming since I was in middle school. I stopped at this same location four times a week to get my lunch coffee. For some reason now, maybe cause Starbucks sucks according to its own workers, but damn you ask one of the baristas a question and can’t even direct conversation or eye contact with costumer. They treat you like a homeless for asking if you can bring your scooter in for a min while I waiting for pick up. I wait either way outside since my scooter is such a big deal, only for one out of two items to be ready after the time I was given it would be ready. The dudes working are okay I guess, lost mainly, but all girls I’ve gotten to talk to, condescending without a specific reason. I get baristas work so hard but I can see why Starbucks is failing haha. Just a bunch of young kids that think the world is so hard so can’t even act human to another human, which is their job 😭

Today i purchased a matcha drink and it looked and tasted awful..the person at the counter saw my face and i even said this doesn’t look right,and she didn’t even bother to ask if they should re do it ..so i went to the other location on 128th and i asked if i could have the same drink and they exceeded..they also were like woow…this is definitely not made right and shouldn’t have chunks.

This sb sucks. Their drive thru lines take FOREVER! ALL THE TIME! They suck. They’re super slow. Get ready to sit in your car for 15-20 mins.

Tonight was a bit bittersweet my experience. And it's the first time I write a bad review about Starbucks since it's my favorite coffee but the service and treatment tonight was very bad. When I got to the window they still didn't even take my order (mobile order) the line behind me was more than four cars, when I finally got my orders I asked the lady to give me some whipped cream for my puppy and the woman REFUSED, she said she was very busy and practically denied me the service. I'm sorry but it wasn't my fault that my order wasn't ready and that people got together and he treated me as if it was my fault. I attach the date and time. 12/15/2024 7:00 pm to 7:15 pm

I brought my daughter for her birthday. The workers we're really rude! They wanted to make me pay for her drink(it's a tradition that I bring her there every morning for her birthday). They embarrassed her by asking for her app. She is 15. She has a app but she doesn't use it. It was the first time that i've ever been treated so rudely on her birthday. We left and she was in tears... This was a awful experience. They really need to train their employees more!! They didn't even say happy birthday to her. like they didn't believe me or I couldn't pay for it... Unbelievable.
My wife placed an order online. We went through the drive thru to pick it up. By the time we got to the window, they couldn’t find the order. So I parked and she got out and went inside immediately grabbed the order and came out.
She got her Carmel macchiato with modifications. They made it correctly.
I got the breakfast egg and sausage wrap. It is very good. Better than a breakfest burrito from Jack in the Box or Sonic because it is less greasy.
We also got the cheese plum danish, which is a seasonal item around this time of year. It was toasted and delicious.
Only 3 stars because the food was delicious but everything else about the visit was time consuming and inconvenient. Check out my video of the drivethru.

I received my order exceedingly late. It had already cooled significantly by the time it was given to me. I wish there was a Dunkin’ Donuts up here.
My drink, an apple crisp caramel macchiato was not good. I don’t know if it was improperly made or just a bad drink, but it was bland with a slight apple flavor.

I’ve got a chai latte from many places, the pumpkin one but hot and haven’t been charged extra anywhere for making it hot except here. Told me that it’s against policy technically to make it hot, what baloney since at any other location they haven’t charged me and then made the drink so sweet I couldn’t even drink it. Didn’t appreciate the baristas attitude either.

Stood at the front of the line without any acknowledgement for a couple minutes, was asked “what do you want” without any eye contact, didn’t get any response when I asked if I could scan my Starbucks card, and had an unfriendly name yell when my drink was ready. Very unusual for a Starbucks experience.
