WOW. I’ve never had someone at Starbucks be rude to me until today. I have a two year-old in the car, so I accidentally ordered a warm drink instead of iced. When I told him I thought it was supposed to be iced, he was SO rude to me….Read me what the cup said and said no. Dude, I’m not asking you have to remake the drink, just pour over damn ice. I don’t care. With that reaction, I couldnt even think to ask I just rolled up the window and drove away.
Even Starbucks makes you remake it. Whatever guy was working the drive thru at 9:35a on 5/19 needs to be talked to. I’m pretty sure it’s their policy to treat the customer like they’re always right. I don’t know what stick you have up your butt, but you didn’t have to be that rude to me today.

This is a dirty Starbucks, the garbage is overflowing and the lobby is unkept. The baristas are kind but management here is not good. The drinks are never Starbucks standard here. When I mentioned the drink needed to be remade, the barista was nice but I got a dirty look from another. There is another store down the road so not a biggie but I know to stay away from this location. two thumbs 👎

One of the worst Starbucks nearby. The line is insanely long and very slow service,
And they had many workers working so it didn't make sense. Not only that, but they also messed up my drink- even though my receipt and sticker on my drink, said exactly what I ordered. And either they up charge somehow or are more expensive than any other Starbucks in the area - somehow I got my usual that is usually under $8, and it was $10 there, and they filled my cup full with ice, so barely any drink for $10! I couldn't believe it . Such a rip off. The cashier also seemed annoyed with me when I mentioned they messed up my drink, and then again when I asked for a straw. Probably will never be back.

Friendly workers but got order wrong. Every time I order the bacon gouda and egg sandwich, it is not cooked long enough. Bacon in sandwich is almost raw. They also made our drinks incorrectly. My drink tastes like it has peppermint in it and I did not order a peppermint drink. Stomach started to hurt after I finished my drink.
