I have just received my coffee. The barista provided excellent service with a wonderful greeting, which truly brightened my day.
This location is on my way to work every morning but lately it’s been such a miss. The girls in the morning are sweet but at least twice a week my drinks are never made right. Whether it’s them missing the toppings or extras I ask for, or giving me the wrong size. Yesterday, I got my drink in a Grande vs Venti (I asked for Venti) and after I noted it out, there was no initiative to try to make it right. This location needs two people as it gets busy & can have quite a line. For this reason we always use the app to order. The one employee does a great job, but could use some help.
