2 screens to order from. Nobody present at counter. Paying cash adds to the wait times. Obviously ordering without the using the screen menu will add to the wait. I recommend ordering at the drive-through and eating inside. It’s was very clean on my visit. Free WiFi was a plus.Wheelchair accessibility: All up front. Easy.

The restaurant is always clean. Drive through ordering can be hit or miss but I've also never returned to allow them to fix my order. Customer service is generally positive but it can be difficult to get anyone to acknowledge you for a minute or more. The drive through window definitely takes precedence here. The best method to getting a great order is to place it via the website or Door Dash pick up.

I went there in a peak hour on a Friday night, and I spent a reasonable amount of time in the Drive-Thru, but my food was fantastic!They did everything well and quickly at the busiest time of the week.
We went to inside to eat but after going inside and seeing how disgusting dirty it was, we decided to eat in the car. It looked like the floors hadn't been cleaned in weeks, most of the tables were dirty. My husband went to get a mild sauce and immediately put them down, they all sticky and gross. I asked the girl behind the counter for some. Staff was not friendly at all.

I was waiting for a delivery order and a lady that I had never seen there but was working there was treated badly and yelled at a girl and that made me feel uncomfortable. How can they hire those types of people at Taco Bell that are disgusting?

While they are short staffed at times and not always the best with accuracy, especially with adding/removing ingredients, I'd say they do try most of the time though. The manager is a very nice guy.
