The restaurant is always clean. Drive through ordering can be hit or miss but I've also never returned to allow them to fix my order. Customer service is generally positive but it can be difficult to get anyone to acknowledge you for a minute or more. The drive through window definitely takes precedence here. The best method to getting a great order is to place it via the website or Door Dash pick up.
I went there in a peak hour on a Friday night, and I spent a reasonable amount of time in the Drive-Thru, but my food was fantastic!They did everything well and quickly at the busiest time of the week.

2 screens to order from. Nobody present at counter. Paying cash adds to the wait times. Obviously ordering without the using the screen menu will add to the wait. I recommend ordering at the drive-through and eating inside. It’s was very clean on my visit. Free WiFi was a plus.Wheelchair accessibility: All up front. Easy.
