I recently ordered through Ubereats and the order notes were totally missed. Asked for no beans in the Casita Burrito, there were beans in there. I know that mistakes happen, but sometimes mistakes can't happen, like in the case of food allergies. So, those notes should be paid better attention to, especially since you have to go through a CALL CENTER to contact the restaurant...
The employees are always very friendly. Food is great! I live near here and visit often. I honestly don't think they have ever messed up my order. We order for 2 and we get various things, never a mistake! Their guacamole is really good too!
I’ve been eating Taco Time NW for over 30 years I love love love it. It’s my comfort food. I don’t think I’ve ever had issues with any locations but the Rucker location is one of the best.
