Small, but mighty. It's a tiny place with just a couple of young folks serving/prepping/cashiering, but they are always hustling about with smiles on their faces. This is my favorite go-to place for lunch or dinner when I am in the area. I have classmates and coworkers who also love this place. Not only are the fish and toppings good quality, but the proportions are huge. It’s hard not to order their fruit drinks - they are so refreshing! I was in the area and randomly stopped for lunch. Actually wanted to go to next door , but their advertisement for zary soba noodles caught my eye. Rare to see being served.
Umami serves a poke bowls, but there are also cooked options for protein, from teriyaki, to salmon.

Expansive menu, clean ship and super friendly young gentleman behind counter.
Great discovery!
