Oh man, I was hoping for an amazing sandwich only to be let down with a lack luster sandwich. Barely any pork, vegetables were not pickled and the cucumber was a giant wedge. Really wanted this to be a knockout but nope.

They often say that the best gems are the small ones, and to those who say that are right Yummy Banh Mi is that kind of gemstone that you don’t experience all that much in the food service industry, Yummy Banh Mi is certainly a great place to pop into for lunch or even dinner, on hot days a nice cold bubble tea really would quench that thirst, I have had Yummy Banh mi twice now and both times I’ve had food or drink from here I’ve enjoyed it all the more, so next time you come to the corner of Wetmore and Hewitt, pop into Yummy Banh Mi for good food and a great view of the city.

That said, I’d love to see the menu evolve a bit. Adding more salads, fresh herbs, or lighter options (like rice bowls with more greens or tofu) would make this a go-to spot for people looking for something healthy and flavorful. The space itself could also use a small refresh — brighter seating, plants, or updated décor would make it a more inviting place to linger instead of just grab and go.
With just a few of these small upgrades, Yummy Banh Mi could easily stand out as one of Everett’s best casual lunch spots.

This is a nice place with good food and a nice big windows on the sidewalk.
I got the B2 Banh Mi, and I loved the baguette it was on. The service was very good, and I got my food handed out warm in a bag from a staff (manager?) who was very kind and respectful. They had a lot of dessert options that I’ll definitely be coming back to try!
