“I had a great experience at Subway on Nugents Corner on Saturday while taking a break from helping to fix flood damages. I have a disability, so masks are a no go for me. I have gotten refused service from other business because they do not care about other health issues that people might have. They DID ask me to wear a mask but I can't. They were very polite and served me. This Subway location definitely has good employees (at least the two that were there that day) that treat their customers with dignity. Thank you Subway for the great sandwiches, and thank you very much to those two young respectful employees!“

“Hi I'm an employe here at this Subway. I've read the reviews and noticed that they mostly complain about the inconsistent changes in sandwiches, slowness of the service, and overall attitude of the workers. I would like to say that I do wish they had more than 2 ppl working here, and my coworkers' attitude is entirely their own. Our meats and veggies are never served passed their expiration date, because that's literally against the rules. I'm sorry if anyone had a bad time here and hopefully things will be better.“

“We came in here tonight for dinner. We didn't know what to expect as it does have a mall food court vibe but the guys at the counter were very courteous and friendly. Again, with a bit of a food court vibe we ordered unsure of what to expect, they brought the food to our table when it was ready and it was excellent. Not only that, one of the fellows working there even came to our table to make sure everything was good.
Overall it was a great meal and we will happily come back.

“Went here to make up for bad sushi we had half an hour before and got the Tuesday special (the deluxe). The pitas had a nice chew, it was stuffed with so much meat, and it was HUGE. I would've given five stars all around if it weren't for the lack of AC. I definitely recommend this place“

“As a frequent subway gal , this is my favorite stop in Abbotsford. Always the kindest employees, clean tables, floors, bathrooms, well stocked with cookies, fresh bread, chip selection, and drink selections.
When I was in yesterday, I noticed the drink fountain was out of order but definitely not the end of the world as the cooler was well stocked with lots of options.
Both ladies behind the counter yesterday were great!! They were friendly, humorous, and held a conversation very well.
I've never had a negative experience at this subway, even at their busiest they absolutely motor thru customers, leaving everyone satisfied.

Vegetarian options: Veggie pattie or opt out of protein/pattie and just do veggies

Dietary restrictions: Have always been insanely respectful of the dairy allergy in my order. They change their gloves and wipe the counter without having to be asked.

Parking: Parking can be a little tight at times due to the nature of location. Very congested area but well worth the small walk across the street or even better, park and enter at the rear of the building. Lots of options, just not necessarily at the front door.

Kid-friendliness: Always! In my personal experience with kiddos, they've always been interactive and happy to see the kiddos.“

My address was on the wallet and 1 hour later, the manager appeared at my door and returned my wallet. That was one of the kindest thing anyone could have done. I ordered a three piece meal, with a request for a piece of ribs (my favorite). Upon checking, there's no rib inside. Glad I'm having it there, and not home. So, back to the counter, and they were kind enough to give additional ribs with no charge.
Still, it's a simple request for one piece of chicken rib and it shouldn't get screwed up ??
