No one upfront to greet you. They were all in the back kitchen having a great laugh. No communication on when order would be ready. Guy had his back turned entire time talking thru to kitchen the. Was on his phone….. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever had. Place was nice though thank goodness food was not for me.

Service : Although they took our orders, brought us some waters, and stale popcorn, they never came back except to bring us our food we ordered. Food: golden fried chicken wings - the crispness is yummy and crunchy, however the chicken itself lacked some major flavor, like no salt was used for any seasoning. Super bland. Honey garlic chicken wings - this is probably the saving grace for this place. Crispness, tender, seasoned and just the right amount of sauce. Spicy tok boki - wasn't sure if this was a bowl of soup with SSOOO much liquid served. The rice cakes were drowning in the soup. Side of steamed rice - shouldn't be a big deal, but the rice was old and some of the rice was hard, like it was sitting out and not in a rice cooker to keep it moist. Side note- we came on a Friday night around 6:30pm - a bunch of homeless people took over a corner near the restaurant entrance. Be aware of your setting when entering the restaurant. It was quite disturbing and some of them came inside asking for water, etc.

I don’t know how to feel about this place. First, the location is just situated in the weirdest spot ever.Located next to what looks like an abandoned grocery store, now destist, with an empty parking lot. You would think this BBQ place was closed for good.Hesitating to even try to see if this place was open, I went ahead and took the leap….The place is really clean. Spotless I may add. I was greeted promptly by the (understandably) bored host and ordered half and half with steamed rice. $22… ouch Tipped generously as I felt bad for some odd reason.Food was delicious and fresh. Best fried chicken I’ve had just short of Publix chicken in Florida. Why is this place so empty all the time? Needs to move to a better location…

I came back on a Friday night to try the other fried chicken. The place was pretty empty again. This time, they didn't have wings. I'm a fan of wings so I was a bit disappointed when they told me that didn't have any. I came back with 3 other people who had never been there. We got the golden fried, spicy chicken, and the honey garlic along with the spicy tteobokki. I also noticed that service was inconsistent. They didn't serve us popcorn while we waited this time and it was somewhat hard to get the bill. The waitress was not very attentive even though we were pretty much the only customers dining there. I tried and I will say I will probably not come back for awhile unfortunately. I enjoyed the rose tteobokki and the honey garlic chicken, but I wish they had wings. I hope their customer service gets a bit better because I want this business to succeed!

Didn't know this place existed. Kind of hidden in a dead strip mall. But.... I tried. Ordered Honey Garlic chicken, secret sauce chicken, fries and cheese balls. Final ruling was all absolutely delicious! Sauce is on point and chicken has crispy crust. Nice flavorful punch! Cheese balls are rich and delicious. Fries good but could be little more crispy. Overall, this is my new go to for chicken!

Yup, NOPE!!! Worst fried chicken I’ve ever had! Don’t get me wrong, I love the franchise, just not this particular location.Ordered half & half for $34.68, all pieces were over fried to brownish color, if you have never tried to chew on rubber I would recommend you to try this place out. Also, I think they forgot to add salt in the mix because it tastes like rubber too. Your neighborhood KFC does a better job than that with half the price. This place does not represent the quality of Korean style fried chicken franchise.I gave it a two star for interior decorations.

Chicken is uncooked! Very very unsafe! Staffs don’t care about customers health or concern. I would never go back to this place..so sad because BBQ franchise is very high quality..but this place ruined it.

I was kinda disappointed in this place. I had high hopes because watching kdrama, they would always go here. It should have been a sign when there's not that much customers in the establishment so there were ample of tables available. It took an awfully long time before the food came out, which is fine but the waitress was not as attentive as we would have liked. The food was just okay. Not too bad but not the best.

I tried them out for the first time this past Friday. A half chicken is about 10 pieces on Doordash for ~$15, but in person/calling for pickup you get their "updated menu" 8 pieces at ~$18. Basically less chicken with a higher cost. That being said, I ordered half golden fried and half secret sauce. 3 chicken pieces out of the 16 were mostly all bone. At more than $2.50 per chicken piece, this was a total rip off. The flavor was good, but honestly not worth it.

Waiter doesn't understand English very well. Made it very difficult to order. Got our order wrong and forgot about our drinks. Took forever to get our incorrect food. We were the only customers there so they werent very busy. Food was okay at best. Building was clean.

I was very disappointed their service and foods, even server were unfriendly. We ordered three different foods ,we were waiting more than half hour then we just got one dish, chicken was very dried and nothing different than deli from gas station.

I love BBQ chicken. It's a bit different than the franchises in LA. But the chicken is still really good, though I wish it were closer to the LA wings. But for wings in the area, they're really good.

Service sucked. Ordered wings and literally got nothing but random crispy chicken balls. Kinda gross ngl

Poor quality. Has no taste at all and bad quality service. Chicken is terrible and tteokbokki tastes like frozen one. I wonder if it's really Korean franchise bbq. It is the worst. Will never come back.
