I recently ordered a very large catering order from Bibim Express to feed 125 people. Jung was absolutely incredible to work with--from the planning phase to payment and pick up. This was a new experience for me and she helped me to figure out what foods to order and quantities and helped me to stay within our budget. Not only was the food ready on time, she called me when I was running late to make sure I was ok. Her team helped us load up. And they even made laminated cards to help people (many of whom had never had Bibim) know how to put their bowls together. The food got rave reviews from all! We had people coming back for more and asking if we could order the same for the event next year. If you have to feed a large group, definitely consider Bibim Express. Top notch food, service and communication!!

Had the short rib bowl with spicy mayo and mango tea. I was nervous going in that I wouldn't like it but it was so good that I ordered a second even larger bowl to take home. I recommend adding the egg or even adding one when you get home, so good!

Really cute joint in federal way. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Would recommend. Only had a little nitpick with my chicken katsu, the breading was a little thin and absorbed moisture from the spicy mayo a little too easy. But other than that the food was delicious.
Very good and well balanced meals! Though if you want control over how much sauce you want on your bowl, it's best to ask for it on the side instead of on top.

I stopped by this place accidentally and was happy with the food. Beef bulgogi bibim bowl was very tasty balancing well with fresh vegetables and delicious gochujang sauce. Worth of trying

Hate to be a downer but for 50 dollars for 2 plates that were nasty is crazy the only good part was the rice, the short ribs taste like old meat with no flavor and were over cooked, you only get 3 small pieces of short rib and it’s 19 dollars, the 2nd plate the beef and chicken were both very over cooked as well as no flavor, 1st and last time waisting money here. Service was quick and friendly but the food was no good. Sorry
