Came in with a medium sized party of 6. Our food was prompt but wasn't the best bww I've ever had. The service from Mya, (I think? Maybe Mia) was honestly what saved the day. She was training another lady as well and handled service still. Had the whole table laughing.

It's self seating so I went there with my friend and just took our own seat. The server arrived a couple minutes later.

My friend and I ordered the highest spice level and the server asked if we were sure (they were worried). They also checked in with us every few minutes and even suggested the ice cream for our burning mouths, and it was awesome and actually helped with the spice.

After a long and exhausting day at work, my group and I stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings, and we were lucky enough to be served by Mya. Her customer service was exceptional from start to finish. She was attentive without ever being overbearing, checked in on us at the perfect moments, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of.
